Deep cleaning

A detailed first clean for an occupied home, with extra attention to buildup and the areas routine upkeep can miss.

Know your service

Thoughtful care. Clear expectations.

A reset before the routine

The first visit gives an occupied home the detailed attention it needs before ongoing maintenance. Tell us about buildup, pets, the last professional clean and the rooms that matter most.

A scope you can understand

We review kitchen and bathroom surfaces, accessible living areas, floors and detail work against the approved Deep checklist. Inside appliances, cabinets and unusual conditions are discussed separately.

Keep the fresh feeling

Once the deep clean is complete, we can quote recurring Standard visits at a frequency that fits your household.

Plan your service

A reset with a clear plan.

Before the first visit

Tell us when the home was last professionally cleaned, where buildup is heaviest and which rooms are priorities.

During the clean

The team works to the agreed Deep checklist. If conditions differ from the quote, we discuss the affected scope before changing the work.

After your reset

Once the initial clean is complete, ask about a separate recurring Standard schedule to maintain the result.

Prepare for your visit

A few details make all the difference.

Please share your full address, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, condition and preferred date. Mention finished basements, extra rooms, delicate surfaces and any access restrictions.

Empty any cabinets and drawers included for interior cleaning before we arrive. We do not remove or put away belongings. Make the included areas accessible and secure pets. We confirm the quote and appointment details before a visit is arranged.

Service questions

Good to know.

Is a deep clean the first step?

For a new occupied-home customer, yes. We start with the reset and discuss recurring upkeep separately.

Does deep cleaning include every appliance interior?

We confirm those details against your quote and service checklist. Tell us which appliance interiors you need included.

What if my home needs unusually heavy work?

Share details or photos before the quote. Hazardous cleanup and specialist work are outside routine residential scope.

Crestmont policies

Clear expectations. Before every visit.

Do I need to provide any supplies?

Nothing on your end. Every cleaner shows up with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the job, that's all built into the price you're quoted. The only exception is if your floors or stone counters require a specific product you'd like us to use; just leave it out and we'll work with it.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Whatever works for your schedule. Plenty of clients are at the office, running errands, or out of town during the appointment, just share access instructions when you book. Every cleaner on our roster is vetted and background-checked, so your home is in careful hands either way.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. Every cleaner is screened, identity-verified, and background-checked before they ever step into a home. The work is also covered by general liability insurance, and most of our cleaners carry their own policies on top of that, a double layer of protection so nobody is left exposed if something unexpected happens.

What's your cancellation policy?

Give us 48 hours of notice or more and there's no fee at all. Inside that window, a $50 rescheduling fee applies; same-day cancellations, or situations where our cleaner can't access the home, are charged 50% of the clean. Got a cold or stomach bug? Call before 7:30 AM and we'll move you to another day that same week, free of charge.

What's your policy on an unhappy clean?

Tell us within 24 hours and the same cleaner will come back to handle whatever was missed, at no cost to you. Our goal isn't a perfect score, it's a home you actually feel good walking back into. If something doesn't look right, we'd rather hear about it so we can make it right.

How do I pay?

We process payments through Stripe and accept all major cards. The day before your appointment, your card is placed on hold, no money moves yet, and the actual charge runs after the clean is finished. If a card fails the pre-auth, we'll reach out before sending anyone out.

How should I prep my home?

The biggest favor you can do us is clear surfaces, countertops, dressers, dining tables, so the cleaner isn't sorting through stacks of mail to dust underneath. Keep floors as clear as you can, and if there are small children, pets, or other folks home that day, give the cleaner a little room to work; cords and products will be down on the floor while they go.

Are pets okay during the cleaning?

Absolutely, most of our cleaners have pets of their own. The only ask is that if your dog or cat tends to bolt out an open door, or gets nippy with strangers, tuck them into a closed room or crate while the cleaner is on-site. We just don't want anyone scared in either direction.

Is there anything you don't clean?

A short list. We skip organizing clutter, carpet shampooing, anything inside a fireplace, and biohazards (heavy mold, pest infestations, bodily fluids). Laundry and dishes are available on request as paid add-ons. We also don't climb past a small step stool or move furniture over 30 lbs, but we'll happily clean under anything you'd like to slide aside for us. Need something on that list? Ask and we'll point you to a specialist.

Do cabinets and drawers need to be empty for interior cleaning?

Yes. Please empty any cabinets and drawers you want cleaned inside before we arrive. We can only clean the interiors when they are empty and accessible; we do not remove or put away your belongings. Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning must be included in your booked service or agreed quote.
