Your questions
Let’s make it clear.
Which cleaning should I choose?
For a new occupied-home customer, we start with a one-time Deep Clean. Recurring Standard visits then maintain the home. If you are moving into or out of an empty home, choose the moving service.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Your quote depends on the service, home size, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition and agreed extras. We explain the first-clean price and any recurring visit price separately before you book.
Where do you clean?
Our North Georgia territory includes ten city listings. Northern Buford and homes near the boundary need individual address confirmation. Contact us with your full address to confirm coverage.
Is the North Georgia location taking bookings?
Contact our team to confirm coverage, cleaner availability and your preferred date. A city listing or quote request does not reserve an appointment.
What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
Make surfaces accessible, pick up personal items, secure pets and share parking and entry instructions. Tell us about delicate surfaces, priority areas and anything unusual before the visit. For moving cleans, confirm the home is empty and utilities are on.
Are inside appliances and cabinets included?
Coverage depends on the selected service and agreed scope. Tell us what you need so we can confirm inclusions, access and any extras in your quote.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
We match you with the same trusted cleaner for your recurring visits. Contact us if you need to change your schedule.
What if an included task needs attention?
Tell us within 24 hours and the same cleaner will come back to handle whatever was missed, at no cost to you. Our goal isn't a perfect score, it's a home you actually feel good walking back into. If something doesn't look right, we'd rather hear about it so we can make it right.
Do you offer hazardous or specialist cleaning?
Routine residential services do not include mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, heavy appliance moving or unapproved ladder work. Tell us about unusual conditions before requesting a quote.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Give us 48 hours of notice or more and there's no fee at all. Inside that window, a $50 rescheduling fee applies; same-day cancellations, or situations where our cleaner can't access the home, are charged 50% of the clean. Got a cold or stomach bug? Call before 7:30 AM and we'll move you to another day that same week, free of charge.
Crestmont policies
Clear expectations. Before every visit.
Do I need to provide any supplies?
Nothing on your end. Every cleaner shows up with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the job, that's all built into the price you're quoted. The only exception is if your floors or stone counters require a specific product you'd like us to use; just leave it out and we'll work with it.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Whatever works for your schedule. Plenty of clients are at the office, running errands, or out of town during the appointment, just share access instructions when you book. Every cleaner on our roster is vetted and background-checked, so your home is in careful hands either way.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is screened, identity-verified, and background-checked before they ever step into a home. The work is also covered by general liability insurance, and most of our cleaners carry their own policies on top of that, a double layer of protection so nobody is left exposed if something unexpected happens.
What's your cancellation policy?
Give us 48 hours of notice or more and there's no fee at all. Inside that window, a $50 rescheduling fee applies; same-day cancellations, or situations where our cleaner can't access the home, are charged 50% of the clean. Got a cold or stomach bug? Call before 7:30 AM and we'll move you to another day that same week, free of charge.
What's your policy on an unhappy clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and the same cleaner will come back to handle whatever was missed, at no cost to you. Our goal isn't a perfect score, it's a home you actually feel good walking back into. If something doesn't look right, we'd rather hear about it so we can make it right.
How do I pay?
We process payments through Stripe and accept all major cards. The day before your appointment, your card is placed on hold, no money moves yet, and the actual charge runs after the clean is finished. If a card fails the pre-auth, we'll reach out before sending anyone out.
How should I prep my home?
The biggest favor you can do us is clear surfaces, countertops, dressers, dining tables, so the cleaner isn't sorting through stacks of mail to dust underneath. Keep floors as clear as you can, and if there are small children, pets, or other folks home that day, give the cleaner a little room to work; cords and products will be down on the floor while they go.
Are pets okay during the cleaning?
Absolutely, most of our cleaners have pets of their own. The only ask is that if your dog or cat tends to bolt out an open door, or gets nippy with strangers, tuck them into a closed room or crate while the cleaner is on-site. We just don't want anyone scared in either direction.
Is there anything you don't clean?
A short list. We skip organizing clutter, carpet shampooing, anything inside a fireplace, and biohazards (heavy mold, pest infestations, bodily fluids). Laundry and dishes are available on request as paid add-ons. We also don't climb past a small step stool or move furniture over 30 lbs, but we'll happily clean under anything you'd like to slide aside for us. Need something on that list? Ask and we'll point you to a specialist.
Do cabinets and drawers need to be empty for interior cleaning?
Yes. Please empty any cabinets and drawers you want cleaned inside before we arrive. We can only clean the interiors when they are empty and accessible; we do not remove or put away your belongings. Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning must be included in your booked service or agreed quote.
